About
My work is grounded in conversation. Being truly heard, without judgment, is where healing begins. I’ve worked alongside people at EHN Edgewood Nanaimo and Cedars Recovery, two of North America’s leading treatment centres.
A significant part of my practice has been with people navigating sex and love addiction and betrayal trauma. I am certified through IITAP in the gold standard of treatment for both. I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups.

The Work
Healing begins with being heard.
Most of what we do together is talk. We slow down, pay attention, and create space for what’s been difficult to carry alone. There’s no agenda, no performance required. Just an honest conversation between two people.
Over time, that conversation becomes a place where things shift.
For some people, talk isn’t the whole picture. The body holds what words sometimes can’t reach. Patterns of stress and tension that formed long before you had language for them. When that’s true for you, I draw on Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach that helps you understand how trauma lives in your nervous system and how to begin releasing it.
Not everyone needs that layer of the work. But it’s there when you do.
Who I Work With
You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or a story that feels serious enough.
I work with people who have experienced trauma, sexual and physical abuse, and addiction. People who are living with the weight of something that happened, and haven’t yet found a way through.
And I work with people who can’t name a specific thing. Who simply feel disconnected, stuck, or like they’ve lost access to themselves. That’s enough. You’re enough.
